How do artists think through the accident—not merely as rupture, but as method, material, and meaning? This conversation gathers several artists participating in Stavanger Secession to reflect on their practices in light of the festival’s curatorial framework. From poetic disruptions to forensic investigations, from systemic failure to personal vulnerability, the panel will explore the accident as a space of revelation, resistance, and reinvention. Moderated by the curators, the talk will unfold as an open dialogue between artistic gestures and accidentological thinking.
